INSIDE THE APARTMENT

On the ground floor you'll find a
large living/dining area, which has been comfortably furnished with Satellite TV and a DVD player, dining table and chairs for four plus a double sofa bed, should you have additional guests.
The photo opposite also shows
the reja (security) doors that have been fitted to the patio entrance for extra protection. Everything you see in the pictures is included in the sale price!
There is also a lovely large ground floor terrace and small garden, ideal for al fresco dining. The terrace is shaded for much of the day - quite
a relief when the sun is at its hottest! There's also a BBQ and another
dining table and chairs - you'll find you eat most of your meals out
here, where there is a great view of the golfers struggling on the 3rd
fairway! The garden is the place to stretch out and catch the sun,
though of course you can also soak up the rays by the poolside if you
prefer. Towels for the pool are supplied and are kept in the bedroom

The whole complex is very secure and private with an exclusive feel to
it; there's an underground car park with your own reserved parking
space and lockable storage room for golf clubs and
other paraphernalia (pictured below) , there are lifts from here to all floors and each
apartment has its own video entry phone system. The beautiful communal
pool is a stone's throw from the terrace - far enough to avoid any
