AGAVE REAL is a contemporary-styled duplex with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is situated on a brand-new gated development overlooking the 3rd Fairway and offers stylish and well-equipped accommodation for up to six people (though a maximum of four adults is recommended).

INSIDE THE APARTMENT

On the ground floor you'll find a large living/dining area, which has been comfortably furnished with Satellite TV and a DVD player, dining table and chairs for four plus a double sofa bed, should you have additional guests.

The photo opposite also shows
the reja (security) doors that have been fitted to the patio entrance for extra protection. Everything you see in the pictures is included in the sale price!


There is also a lovely large ground floor terrace and small garden, ideal for al fresco dining.  The terrace is shaded for much of the day - quite a relief when the sun is at its hottest! There's also a BBQ and another dining table and chairs - you'll find you eat most of your meals out here, where there is a great view of the golfers struggling on the 3rd fairway! The garden is the place to stretch out and catch the sun, though of course you can also soak up the rays by the poolside if you prefer. Towels for the pool are supplied and are kept in the bedroom cupboards.

 

  Downstairs you will also find a shower room (pictured  
  opposite) with a loo, washbasin and shower. The fixtures
  and fittings are all high quality and the shower is a
  powerful one, but you won't have to queue to use it, as
  there's another one upstairs!

  The separate kitchen is very well-equipped so you can fix
  anything from a simple breakfast to a full-blown evening
  meal. There's a fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob,
  microwave, espresso coffee-maker, toaster and - best of
  all, a dishwasher! All these items as well as all the kitchen
  aids and cookware in the cupboards are included in the 
  sale price. If you are simply renting the apartment for a
  holiday - you should not lack for anything!



 

 LAVANDERIA: This useful little
 room is just off the kitchen and
 has a washing machine and a
 tumble dryer, if you wish to use it.
 There's also an airer, together
 with an ironing board and iron.  
 But you'll have more interesting 
 things to do on your holiday than  
 the washing, that's for sure!

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms - both with double beds, huge fitted wardrobes and private balconies - and a luxurious bathroom with a bath, shower, WC, bidet and large washbasin.

 

Both bedrooms have balconies which are very private. and each room is equipped with a change of bedding, alarm clocks to get you out of bed in the morning and even a hairdryer!

 

The bathroom upstairs is a very good size and   has a loo, bidet, shower and bath. A large washbasin, some lovely fluffy towels and a few complimentary toiletries completes the picture.

The whole apartment has split air-conditioning which means you'll stay cool in the summer and snug and warm in the winter (when temperatures rarely drop below double digits in any case!)

The whole complex is very secure and private with an exclusive feel to it; there's an underground car park with your own reserved parking space and lockable storage room for golf clubs and other paraphernalia (pictured below) , there are lifts from here to all floors and each apartment has its own video entry phone system.  The beautiful communal pool is a stone's throw from the terrace - far enough to avoid any noise from the pool but close enough to be able to cool off quickly!

All in all, a fabulous place to spend a few days playing golf, just relaxing or why not your whole life??
